Dubai: The Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government has concluded its first professional diploma in Customer’s Happiness, which ties employees’ achievement with customers’ happiness. The first session was held for employees of the Dubai’s Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities (IACAD) in Dubai. The diploma’s graduation projects will be presented and discussed in September. The graduation ceremony for the first batch is scheduled for October. Dr Ali Al Marri, executive president of MBRSG, said the programme “serves as a scientific reference in measuring the performance of government entities and is a vital indicator on ways to improve government work “.
