Dubai: Indian students appearing for CBSE board exams are being offered psychological counselling to overcome exam related stress, the Central Board of Secondary Education said in a press release.

The CBSE is organising the annual counselling for the 21st consecutive year. The tele-counselling is offered by principals and trained counsellors from CBSE affiliated schools located in and outside India. It is a voluntary and free of cost service.

In the UAE, Professor M. Abubaker, principal of Scholars Indian School in Ras Al Khaimah, will provide the service. He can be reached on 0505794542 from 8am to 12 noon.

The pre-examination psychological counselling for students and parents will be offered from February 1 to April 13, 2018.

Easy to follow advice to cope with exam related anxiety will also be available on the CBSE website www.cbse.nic.in through micro link Helpline.
