Sharjah: A 23-year-old man is fighting for his life at the ICU of Al Qasimi Hospital after being attacked with a knife by his friends.
The man suffered shocking neck slash injuries, an official at Sharjah Police told Gulf News.
The Sharjah Police is tracing a group of Pakistani men who attacked their compatriot using a knife and fled before police arrived at the scene of the incident
The incident took place on Monday at around 10am.
The police are tracing the suspects who managed to flee the scene in their vehicle.
People who witnessed the fight reported the incident to the police operations room.
Police patrols and paramedics moved the victim, identified as P.K.K., to Al Qasimi Hospital where his condition is said to be critical.
He has been placed under police custody
Wasit Police are investigating the circumstance of the incident and the motivation behind the crime.
