Keep windows and doors of your house shut to prevent smog from entering your house.

Use air purifiers inside your house.

Wear sunglasses.

Wear full-sleeved clothes.

Don’ts:

Don’t exercise/jog outside.

Do not smoke.

Avoid eating outside.

Do not wear surgical masks as they do not protect from microparticles like PM2.5.

Avoid travelling in cars. Use public transport.
