Dubai: Al Shabab had signed Iranian players in the past. However, of all the Iranians who played for Al Shabab, the two who are playing now, Eman Mob'ali and Mehrdad Awlady are the best.

Before, Al Shabab signed Iran's top scorer Ali Daei but he failed to show his magic touch. Al Shabab signed Mehrdad Menavand, but he too was like Ali Daei and didn't stay more than few weeks with Al Shabab.

Al Shabab were very lucky to get the best Iranian duo who can fit quickly with the team.

The standard of Mob'ali and Awlady forced the Al Shabab to terminate the contracts of Brazilian Geraldo and Mohammad Manga. Awlady and Mob'ali were brilliant with Al Shabab in recent league and President's Cup matches and Al Shabab are expecting more from them.
