ABU DHABI If you are looking for a real culinary adventure that goes beyond the dining hall, sign in for a ‘Market to Kitchen’ masterclass hosted by Hotel Le Royal Meridien in Abu Dhabi. Go shopping with the chef and decide what you want to cook before you learn how to rustle up a tasty meal with your choice produce. Market Kitchen, the newly launched restaurant is inviting guests to experience its new, exclusive and highly interactive culinary masterclasses, which will be held monthly.

The experience will commence at Market Kitchen where attendees can fuel up with complimentary hot beverages and pastries before heading out to explore the capital’s food markets. Once all of the key ingredients have been purchased, guests will return to the hotel to discuss their findings with Chef Jordan Annabi who will then prepare a bespoke meal for the group. Before indulging in the creations of their ‘Market to Kitchen’ adventure, the final element of the master class with be a mocktail mixology lesson session with the talented bar staff.

There is no fixed price, but guests are required to split the cost of the produce they select at the market. Each class will have 10 to 12 participants and th etiminsg are from 10.30am to 3pm.
