Ingredients

Minced lamb meat, 120gm
Onion, 60gm
Tomato peeled, 100gm
Chopped parsley, 03gm
Garlic, 01gm
Tomato paste, 10ml
Ghee, 05ml
Pomegranate sauce, 05 ml
Black pepper powder, 01gm 

Method

1. Add chopped onion and parsley, salt, black pepper for the minced meat. Mix.

2. Shape minced meat into small balls and bake the meat balls in 160C for 10 minutes

2. In a pan, add ghee, sliced onion and garlic

3. Blend the tomato and add it into the pan with a litle water. Add tomato paste, pomegranates sauce, salt and pepper

4. Add the meat balls into the sauce and simmer

5. Garnish with pine seed and chopped parsley
