Popular US TV variety show Little Big Shots has made its way to the Philippines, featuring the nation’s most “extraordinarily talented” youngsters.

Actor Billy Crawford steps in Steve Harvey’s shoes for the Philippine version of the TV series, which aired its pilot episode on August 12 and featured child wonders that included a nine-year-old pole dancer, a three-year-old geography genius and a six-year-old boy with six-pack abs. #LittleBigShotsPH also trended on Twitter worldwide.

“You would be surprised by the kids in the show and I’m here to let their personalities shine. They are all exceptional and deserving to be called little big shots,” said Crawford, who is the show’s host.

“I grew up performing and I know how rewarding it is to entertain people. But in Little Big Shots, you wouldn’t expect what the kids can do and say. They are all very charming,” added Crawford, who first shot to fame in 1986 as a child performer in the now defunct That’s Entertainment show.

In Little Big Shots, kids aged two to 12 years old with remarkable intellect, showmanship, and abilities thrill viewers of all ages as they take the centre stage every week.

Little Big Shots already aired two successful seasons in the US where it was created by Harvey and TV host Ellen DeGeneres.

DeGeneres has featured many Filipino YouTube sensations on her show in the past years, including Charice, while Harvey hosts the US version of the show and featured 12-year-old Filipina singer Elha Nympha.

Little Big Shots airs outside the Philippines via TFC, with episodes available via TFC.tv. Viewers can register for free by clicking on the ‘Get TFC’ button.
