More details are emerging about the armed robbery of Kim Kardashian West in Paris.
Kim Kardashian has left France aboard a private jet after early morning attack which left her tied up by robbers and locked in bathroom.
The robbers fled the scene on bikes, according to police. The men are still at large.
What was taken? $10 million worth of jewellery: A jewellery box containing valuables worth $6.7 million and a ring worth $4.4 million.
Where did it happen? The armed robbery took place at a luxury residence in Paris around 3am, inside a block used by celebrities and wealthy individuals behind the city’s Madeleine church, a police source told Reuters. Police were guarding the site on Monday morning.
What happened? While, the 35-yuear-old was not beaten, the robbers put a handgun against her temple before tying her up, a source said. iTELE said she had been tied up with packing tape.
Where is Kim headed? The reality TV star left Paris aboard a private jet from Le Bourget airport. There was no word on where she was going.
Mayor of Paris speaks out on attack
Anne Hidalgo, the mayor of Paris, has condemned the assault and expressed her support to the reality TV star, saying she will "always be welcome in Paris."
Hidalgo added in a statement that she is fully confident that police forces will quickly identify and arrest those suspected of robbing the U.S. star of more than $10 million in jewelry.
Hidalgo insisted in her statement that the robbery "in no way calls into question police work or security of public space" in Paris.

Paris: Millions of dollars’ worth of jewellery was stolen from Kim Kardashian West at gunpoint inside her Paris hotel room on Sunday night.
The reality star’s spokesperson said armed masked men dressed as police officers held up the reality TV star, who is “badly shaken but physically unharmed.”
She offered no other details. Police told Reuters that five armed men stole jewellery worth several millions of dollars in the attack that took place at around 3am. APF quoted a police source saying the loss amounted to “several million euros, mostly jewellery,” adding that they were still assessing the total amount stolen and had opened an investigation.
Kanye West was performing at the Meadows Music and Arts Festival in New York at the time. He abruptly ended his set on Sunday night after telling his fans he had a family emergency.
“I’m sorry, family emergency I have to stop the show,” West told the audience.
Kardashian West has been in Paris for fashion week. She attended the Givenchy show on Sunday evening, where 35-year-old made headlines for appearing without make-up, a bare look recently adopted by singer Alicia Keys at the MTV Video Music Awards.
She was also ambushed last week by a serial celebrity accoster who attempted to assault her as she was entering a restaurant. Kardashian West was also attacked outside of a Paris fashion week show in 2014. She wasn’t hurt in either incident.

Paris has been a special place for the Kardashian West and her husband, who spent the weekend there before marrying in Florence in May of 2014.
It’s unclear if the couple’s two children, three-year-old daughter North and 10-month-old son Saint, were with Kardashian West in the hotel room.
