Malayali actress Manju Warrier will return to Dubai to inaugurate a jewellery showroom at Karama Centre in Dubai on October 6 at 5pm.
The ambassador to Kalyan Jewellers will be joined by actors Prabhu Ganesan and Nagarjuna Akkineni, who are also friends of the brand. After their visit to the Karama showroom, the trio will jet to Kuwait to open a store there.
“We have plans to open five showrooms in Middle East this year, including two on October 6 in UAE and Kuwait. This will be our third showroom in Karama,” said T.S. Kalyanaraman, chairman and managing director, in a statement.
Warrier is one of the Malayalam film industry’s top stars and has acted in hits including How Old Are You? and Kanmadam.
Akkineni is a major star in Tamil and Telugu films, with Shiva and Vicky Dada, while Prabhu Ganesan, the son of veteran actor Sivaji Ganesan, is an actor who has sustained his fame with hits including Chinna Thambi and Billa.
