Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal is headed to Dubai on August 29 for a two-day promotional event for his upcoming gangster film, Daddy.
The visit will include a media interaction on day one, followed by several public events planned around his film’s marketing. Fans of Rampal can catch the actor at Vox Cinemas, Deira City Centre on August 30 at 5pm. A nightclub outing is also planned, details of which will be revealed at a later date.
Daddy is based on the life of the Indian gangster-turned-politician Arun Gawli, who is currently in prison. The movie was initially scheduled to release in July 21, but was delayed on the bequest of the Gawli family who hope the gangster will be out on parole next month.
Daddy will go on general release in the UAE on September 7.
