Flamenco guitarist Vicente Amigo will perform at the Sharjah World Music Festival on January 13 at the Flag Island Theatre, as part of a week-long series of events. The festival, now in its fifth edition, will run from January 12 to January 19.
The Spaniard is known for his bold, unorthodox style, appealing to various audiences.
The festival, which will host 14 concerts in total, will welcome artists from 11 countries, including Kuwait, Spain, Hungary, Spain, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt and Iraq. It will take place in Sharjah at four locations: Al Majaz Amphitheatre, The Flag Island Theatre, Al Qasba and Al Majaz Waterfront.
