Pop star Liam Payne will perform a concert in Dubai at Global Village on March 30.
Payne, who performed in Dubai three years ago as part of One Direction, will be the first member of the boy band to perform solo in the city.
The singer has since released hits such as Strip That Down ft. Quavo, Get Low with Zedd and Bedroom Floor. His latest single, For You with Rita Ora, is on the soundtrack for Fifty Shades Freed.
Payne yesterday tweeted a tribute to both his own mum and singer Cheryl, the mother of his son, on the occasion of mother’s day in the UK.
“Thanks for making the first year of my [son’s] life incredible, I’ve never seen love like this before it really is special and amazing to watch,” he wrote.
Entry into Global Village is Dh15, which includes the cost of the show.
