American fitness instructor Bradford Rahmlow (Barry’s Bootcamp) will give a talk in Dubai on August 14, kicking off a series of events at healthy eating hub Flow in Jumeirah Emirates Towers. Emirati baker Sidiqa Sohail, behind the dessert boutique Spontaphoria, will give a talk on September 13. Both events begin at 5pm. Entry is free.
