Three members of the trombone section of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra are set to play at their first appearance in Al Ain on November 9. To be held at the historic Bin Hamoodah Fort, the Abu Dhabi classics event will feature brothers Nico Schippers and Martin Schippers, who are joined by Bart Claessens as part of the Trombone Trio. Theu will be accompanied by accomplished pianist Jeroen Bal.

The Trio will then explore the connection between music and visual arts through the medium of concert. The performance will take audiences through masterful renditions of famous pieces by established composers such as Modest Mussorgsky and Anton Bruckner.

The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra is one of the leading orchestras in the world. Critics have continuously lauded its unique sound since its initial formation in 1888, citing it as a stand-out among thousands of other orchestral productions. The orchestra is made up of 120 players hailing from over 20 countries.
