Join the Running Club

The Beach launches its dedicated Running Club this month allowing both beginners and the more advanced runners to improve their stamina, technique and general fitness with the help of running professionals.  Before the summer heat officially descends on Dubai, The Beach will be hosting free weekly running sessions to help frequent users of The Beach’s running track to get more out of their morning run. With expert coaches on hand to guide on stretching and running techniques, even the most dedicated of athletes will be able to improve. Beginners will run on Sundays for 3-5 km while seasoned runners will run on Mondays for 8-10 km. Fine tune your form and push your limits with The Beach Running Club.

JBR Latin Carnival Parade

JBR gets a Latin twist this season with exciting performances by Latino dancers and musicians that bring you street-side fun in the run-up to the Dubai Latin Fest that will take place in Dubai Media City from April 14 to 15.

Full moon Yoga with Fitness First

Fitness First introduces a special Full Moon Yoga session on Tuesday April 11 for both members and non-members. Enjoy a starry night sky, a cool outdoor breeze and the light of the full moon.
After the class, everyone can enjoy refreshments and finish with a yoga goodie bag.

Outdoor art classes

A full curriculum of outdoor art classes for up to 20 students aged 10 years and above. Under the guidance of 10 art teachers, the classes introduce aspiring artists to various painting techniques including acrylic, spray, oil, watercolour and sketching over 16 sessions.
