Ingredients
80g unsalted butter
100g dark chocolate
4 eggs
4 tbsp powdered sugar
45g refined flour
2 tsp garam masala powder
Vanilla ice cream, to serve
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Melt the butter with the chocolate in a double boiler.
3. Mix together the eggs, sugar, flour and garam masala together in a bowl.
4. Add the chocolate mixture and strain through a fine sieve.
5. Grease a dariole mould or ramekin with butter and flour. Pour the mixture into it and bake for 10 minutes.
6. Unmould and garnish as desired. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
