Las Brisas translates to breeze in Spanish. This event starts off luxuriously — there’s a caviar-tasting hour from 1-2pm. There’s plenty of entertainment after as you head from the tandoori and shawarma stations to the pasta and BBQ counters. Desserts are interesting, with an ice cream wagon and a popcorn cart.

The Garden brunch is set at a great location, a charming garden on top of Dubai Opera. Sean Connolly is a self-proclaimed oyster nerd, so expect a luxury-based protein-led feast. Don’t miss the diner-favourite dessert Lemon Tart à la Marco; it was named after Marco Pierre White, Connolly’s culinary hero.
