Serves 4 | Prep time 15 mins | Cooking time 10 mins | 

Ingredients

200g Maggi noodles

2 packets Maggi masala

20g chopped carrot

20g chopped cucumber

20g chopped peppers

20g chopped onion

20g chopped tomato 

1 tsp chopped green chilli

1 tsp chopped coriander

2 tbsp mayonnaise

11/2 tbsp butter

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp nylon sev

Method

1. Deep-fry the Maggi noodles until golden brown. Set aside to cool.

2. Crush the fried noodles in a mixing bowl.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

4. Serve cold.
