President Barack Obama is envisioning the day when he’ll be out of office, playing dominoes with retiree David Letterman.

Obama joked about their quieter futures during his eighth Late Show appearance Monday on CBS.

The president says the country has grown up with Letterman, who retires this month. He says the comedian gives Americans the gift of laughter at the end of tough days at work.

The two men also discussed the serious topic of uplifting minority communities to prevent confrontations with police after the Baltimore riots.

Letterman listed “Top Ten Questions Dumb Guys Ask the President,” which included “Will you be a guest on one of my last shows?” and “Will you show us your birth certificate?” Number 1: “When will you return my gyrocopter?”
