In a twitter post using the handle @sharon_cuneta12, Sharon Cuneta announced she has rescinded her contract with TV5. Without any details on where she was going next, Cuneta just said she will drop some hints in the next few days; with this she finally managed to get the public interested in her again, at least for the time being. Transferring to TV5, from ABS CBN, was obviously a big mistake, because her popularity has waned. The contract, still unconfirmed at one billion pesos per year, was supposed to be for five years; but the marriage between the celeb and the struggling network ended only after three years. What are her options? Go back to ABS CBN (where she is still slightly unwelcome) or move to GMA (where she might or might not have a place).
