Dubai is ready for their love.
British electronic music duo Gorgon City have been announced as the closing act for next year’s RedFest music festival.
The act behind radio hit Ready For Your Love will play on February 13, 2015, the final day of the two-day festival that will also see Iggy Azalea, The Script, Kiesza, Ella Eyre Cris Cab, Jeremih, Rixton, Tinashe, Bastille and Kid Ink perform.
Gorgon City this year performed at Glastonbury, Coachella, Bestival, Reading and Leeds, amongst others, and in 2015 will start a UK tour after showcasing what they’ve got in Dubai.
“It’s great to be able to bring one of the hottest electronic music acts in the world right now to RedFestDXB,” said event organiser Thomas Ovesen, COO of Done Events, who also announced that Emirates Airline is a sponsor of the festival that started this year. “With 11 international artists confirmed, RedFestDXB is now the biggest and most diverse music festival in the region.
