Dubai: Dubai Parks and Resorts said on Thursday it has completed the formation of its senior management team. Paul La France, who was earlier with Walt Disney and Universal Studios, was appointed as the chief projects officer. Matthew Priddy, who has the experience from Walt Disney, was appointed as chief technical officer.

Sandesh Pandhare was appointed as the chief financial and investment officer, while Vinit Shah was appointed as chief destination management officer. The company also made two more appointments at vice-presidents level.

The completion of the senior management team will drive the progress of Dubai Parks & Resorts, ensuring budgets are kept in check and timelines are on track for the region’s most unique and anticipated leisure development to open in October, 2016, the company said in a statement.

“The management team brings significant experience in their respective fields and will ensure that we have the right structures and processes in place to deliver this landmark project on time. Our senior management team is fully equipped to ensure that Dubai Parks and Resorts offers one of the best resort experiences globally,” stated Raed Al Nuaimi, CEO of Dubai Parks and Resorts.
