Dubai: du has launched the region’s first local Xbox One app, further enhancing the experience for Xbox One users across the UAE.
The du TV subscribers, who own an Xbox One, can now download the du View Anywhere app and watch du TV content through their Xbox One — at no additional cost.
du View Anywhere allows existing home service subscribers to watch their favourite content on the Xbox One, with an interactive programming guide showing the current programs and the schedule for up to 7 days. The easy-to-use and intuitive interface has been optimised to give customers the best experience on the Xbox One.
Once the app is installed, users will be prompted to log in with their du SelfCare credentials. Once verification is complete, they can start viewing select du TV channels on their Xbox One, from anywhere in the UAE.
The new du View Anywhere app is also Kinect-enabled, so fans can navigate the app using the Xbox One’s revolutionary Kinect motion sensor. Changing channels is now as simple as waving your hand!
