Dubai: Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) announced on Monday two financial technology (FinTech) initiatives to support greater financial innovation and boost investment in the sector.
The first of the two was the ADGM FinTech Innovation Centre, which will launch by the first half of 2018 as a physical hub where FinTech communities can work together. The second was a partnership with Silicon Valley-based start-up accelerator, Plug and Play.
ADGM said the initiatives aim to cultivate FinTech talents to help the growth of financial services in the region.
