Dubai: Amanat said on Wednesday its shareholders approved the board’s proposal to pay a dividend of 1.5 per cent at the annual general meeting.

The shareholders also approved the plan to give shares to employees. The company can issue 250 million shares or 10 per cent of the paid up capital of the company under the employee plan, the company said in a statement posted on Dubai Financial Market’s website.
