Dubai: The Department of Economic Development (DED) in Dubai has announced its support for the GCC Manufacturing Excellence and Technology Summit, which will focus on different methods to effectively manage the challenges in achieving operational efficiency and excellence in manufacturing. The summit will gather over 600 senior level delegates from the manufacturing sector based in the UAE and from across the globe during its run from November 14-15.
Brad Hariharan, Regional Director of Expotrade Middle East, the organisers of the event, stated that the government’s focus on the manufacturing sector has “significantly contributed to the economy”.
