Dubai: Lootah Real Estate Development has appointed Asteco as exclusive sales agent for ‘The Waves’ residential property. Located at Jumeirah Village Circle, the twin buildings will feature studios, one-bed and one-bed loft apartments ranging from 485 square feet to 2,000 square feet. There will be 135 units in total.
“Through Asteco we aim to communicate the variety of flexible payment plans available for investors and potential buyers and highlight the lucrative proposition for home buyers,” said Saleh Abdullah Lootah, executive director of Lootah Real Estate Development.
