Dubai: Eshraq Properties said on Sunday its capital increase plan was subscribed 1.37 times, with the total collections at Dh819 million as against the required Dh600 million.
The allotment and refund will happen on November 30, it said in a statement.
Eshraq was among the 19 companies, which were upgraded by the MSCI in its reclassification of the UAE index in May. The receiving bank was National Bank of Abu Dhabi.
