Dubai: Kuwaiti property developer Al Mazaya said on Wednesday its unit has purchased two plots for development of Sabah Al-Salem area for 3.95 million Kuwaiti Dinars.
There won’t be any financial impact of the transaction during the current phase except that value of the real estate investment properties of the group will increase, the company said in a statement.
Al Mazaya Holding will start construction on four apartment complexes in Dubai in the first quarter of 2015, the company told Gulf News on Monday.
