Dubai: UAE-based Deyaar Development has launched a premium hotel apartment tower at The Atria, a mixed-use twin tower complex in Business Bay, according to a company statement on Sunday.
The hotel apartment tower will feature studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments, as well as three bedroom duplex units. It is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2017.
The developer said it will allocate 50 per cent of the upscale hotel apartment units for sale at an event on April 26, which will be held at the Conrad Hotel Dubai.
Earlier this year, the developer sold out the units of the residential tower at The Atria, including 219 units.
