Dubai: Empower’s net profit for 2017 was Dh772 million, up 20 per cent on 2016 figures, the firm announced on Monday.
The Dubai-based district cooling firm saw annual revenues increase 6.1 per cent to Dh1.96 billion. The firm repaid Dh390 million of loans in 2017, and declared dividends totalling Dh400 million to shareholders. Empower CEO Ahmad Bin Shafar said Empower would continue to increase its production capacity and connect new projects and developments during 2018.
