Dubai: Dubai-based DC Aviation Al-Futtaim (DCAF) has added a new Dassault Falcon 7X aircraft to its fleet. DCAF will operate the new aircraft on behalf of a private owner.

With the addition of the new aircraft, DCAF has increased its fleet under management to five, including two Bombardier Challenger 604s, a Gulfstream G200, a Bombardier Global XRS and the Falcon 7X.

The management contract will see DCAF provide a range of services at its facility at Al Maktoum International Airport for the Falcon 7X aircraft.

DCAF is a joint venture between Al-Futtaim and Germany’s DC Aviation. Its core areas of business include aircraft management, maintenance, FBO and ground handling and business jet charters.

Earlier this year, DCAF broke ground on a major expansion of its facility at Dubai South, which will see it add an additional 6,800 square metre hangar, bringing its total land-side plot area to 24,000 square metres.
