Dubai: Seventy-eight show jumpers from all over the UAE, with 130 horses, competed in 9 Classes for individual prizes last Saturday in the Bufori Show Jumping Competition at Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club.

The event, held under the auspices of the UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation, saw strong participation in the final event for the season at the venue.

The highlight classes were the Puissance Class 9 - for A and B riders.

It was won by Ali Al Kumaiti, riding Al Mujamakem.

Another notable performance came from the Two Phases in Class 2 - A, B and C, with Hamad Ali Al Kerbi taking top prize, riding Liebe.

Later, at the presentation seremony, an official said: "We have enjoyed two great days of show jumping at Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club.

"The facilities are exceptional at the host venue and we had a very supportive sponsor in Bufori, the legendary, unique, hand-built car.

"We look forward to hosting many more such events next season."
