Abu Dhabi: More than 500 global leaders and key decision makers from the health care sector in 20 different countries, are due to arrive to the World Health Care Congress Middle East 2010 for the first time in the UAE.

The 2010 congress will take place from Sunday until Tuesday at the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

It will be held in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA), under the patronage of General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and will bring together influential people from across the industry and health authority officials from all over the world.

Information exchange

"There will be private sessions for businessmen, and an opportunity to exchange information on the health care status in and outside of Abu Dhabi, and on licensing of infrastructure, health insurance policies and health care in general," said Dr Jamal Al Ka'abi, head of customer services and corporate communication at Haad.
