Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has issued a decree, appointing Saif Sultan Mubarak Al Aryani as Secretary-General for the Supreme National Security Council.
As per decree No 17 for 2009, Al Aryani, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry, has been transferred to the Supreme National Security Council and appointed as Secretary-General with the grade of Undersecretary of the ministry.
He will report directly to the National Security Adviser. The decree is effective from the date of its issuance, and is to be published in the official gazette.
