Dubai Summer Surprises announced the first winner of its 2008 Grand Raffle at Lamcy Plaza on July 10 along with the numerous other winners of raffle draws in an evening where prizes worth a combined Dh1.2 million were given away. Yasser Saleh from Sudan, became the first winner of the DSS 2008 Grand Raffle, winning the latest BMW X5 and Dh100,000 in cash.

Upon purchasing a raffle coupon of Dh 200 from select fuel stations of Emarat, Eppco, Enoc, or the kiosks at Deira City Centre, Mall of the Emirates, BurJuman, Baniyas Street, Al Fahidi Street, Gold Souk, or Modhesh Fun City, raffle buyers can win a BMW X5 and Dh100,000 in cash.
