Sharjah: Fly Emirates comfortably maintained their dominance over Seven Seas Rent-A-Car, winning one-sided Twenty20 Summer Cup match at the Sharjah stadium by 113 runs.

Nigel stood out with an all-round performance (36 not out and four for 24) to help Fly Emirates seal another facile victory.

Fly Emirates, batting first after winning the toss, did well to post a massive 195 for four in the allotted 20 overs.

They built their innings around Mohammad Iqbal (36 off 25 balls), Amjad Javed (38 off 15 balls), Murali (44 off 31 balls) and Nigel (36 not out off 27 balls).

Salim took four wickets for 29 runs, but his spell failed to prevent Fly Emirates from running away with the early initiative.

Seven Seas Rent-A-Car, in reply, were bowled out for a paltry 82 in just 14.2 overs with Nigel doing most of the damage. Khurram was the other most successful bowler, taking two wickets for just one run.

Azim (24 off 12 balls with three fours and one six) and Yasir (21 off 14 balls) did try to step on the gas, but could threaten the spot-on Fly Emirates attack.
